Jack Rush RFD QC has been interviewed on Neil Mitchell's Breakfast Program on 3AW.
Mr Rush is a former Supreme Court Judge, and was Counsel assisting the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission into the Black Saturday fires.
Mr Rush has echoed concerns also raised by Bernard Teague AO, also a former Judge of the Supreme Court and was the Chairperson (head Commissioner) of the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission.
