Championships 
The Chief is forming a Project Team led by DCO Allan Ellis, and the Joint Committee is reviewing the draft Terms of Reference.
The Joint Committee has successfully nominated three of its delegates to sit on the Project Team to provide liaison and feedback through VFBV’s state-wide networks.
In addition, in September 2011, VFBV provided the Chief with a list of experienced current and ex Group Officers, (one from each District) to act as a larger reference group.
VFBV is keen to ensure the Project team reports on its work and progress regularly, and provides opportunities for anyone interested in participating.
